Caradog House

Caradog House, situated in the heart of the Welsh capital, once stood as a commercial office building before being converted into a £13 million student accommodation property. This project was completed towards the end of 2018.

Located within Cardiff’s bustling town centre, the property provides accommodation to 378 students in a range of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments, over a span of seven storeys. This stylish, modern, building features a cinema, games room and 24/7 on-site gym facilities.  

This project, which was started in 2018, took a total of six months to complete as part of a phased construction. iMist™ now services this property every year to ensure the pumps are working efficiently, software updates are installed, if required, and to make sure the nozzles are free of obstructions.
