HSQ Assistant

Location: Work from home role, Motherwell
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 am – 05:00 pm
Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting audits and assessments of project folders using a bespoke CRM system
• Weekly auditing of sites and personnel to ensure compliance with procedures
• Conducting internal audits and assisting the HSQE Manager to ensure timely completion
• Producing quarterly reports highlighting areas for improvement and concern
• Assisting with the maintenance of quality documentation, ensuring completion for reviews

Who We’re Looking For:

• Understanding and experience with ISO 9001 and 14001
• Ability to comprehend Quality Manuals and adhere to procedures
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet calendar deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings
• Driving Licence with access to a vehicle
